Our Misson

South Cumberland Community Clinic (SCCC) provides free medical care to the uninsured and underinsured community across the South Cumberland Plateau, primarily serving Franklin, Grundy, and Marion counties of Tennessee.

Our History

The Tracy City Free Clinic originated in November 2022 through a collaboration with Volunteer Behavioral Health (sharing office space) in the Littell-Partin Center and funding from South Cumberland Community Fund. Through a partnership with Tracy City and additional funding from South Cumberland Community Fund and private donors, the South Cumberland Community Clinic established itself as a new 501(c)(3) charitable organization and renovated space in the Grundy County High School annex building next door, moving in on April 1, 2025.
